Vozzella Design Group was established in 1985 as a Land Surveying business.  Our scope of services have broadened over the years to include Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate and Construction Consulting .

As the President and principal in charge, Joseph Vozzella continues the family tradition in these fields.  He follows in the footsteps of John A. Vozzella Sr. who participates in the company as the Senior Technical Engineer after retiring as the Chief Highway Engineer in the City of Boston. 

Our clients range from commercial developers preparing large scale urban construction projects to individual homeowners seeking permits for residential construction projects.  In recent years, the largest percentage of our work has been in the production of site plans prepared for submission to the Boston Water and Sewer Commission.  Second to that is our work in zoning and acquiring approvals and permits in the City of Boston.

As we develop our new web site we are also working to develop a new business culture with a focus on customer service and communication.  We have thus far built our business on our reputation for technical proficiency.  Now we want to couple that with customer service that exceeds client expectations.
